We offer specialized training workshops in cannula techniques, neurotoxin applications, lip augmentation, and more. Our workshops are designed for small groups to ensure personalized learning. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to advance your skills, we have the workshop for you! Additionally, we offer shadowing opportunities, one-on-one training, and flexible workshop dates to meet your needs.
Our Services
NewBie Tox Training Workshop ($1500)
5 hours of didactic INCLUDING hands on training
There are a ton of neurotoxin trainings on the market and so many to choose from, almost leaving you with a “head spinning” feeling. There are trainings from the manufacturing companies, from huge training companies and smaller companies that churn students in and out. We focus on small intimate workshop classes at 5 students max. We really want you to gain a great understanding to provide the best treatments and to help you feel amazing when you provide an instant refresh!
Pupils will:
Learn background and history of Botulinum Toxin A
Understand thorough patient assessment and patient expectations
Analyze muscles and facial anatomy/facial zones
Understanding the Importance of photos
Discuss consent forms
Learn applications of Botulinum Toxin A
Compare the different brands
Understanding dilution and preparation of Botulinum Toxin A
Learn the appropriate units needed for each facial zones
Discuss the pre and post treatment and potential side effects
Discuss the importance of follow up
Demonstrate injection techniques
Advanced Tox Workshop ($750)
1 hour of didactic and 2 hours of hands on training
This workshop focuses on the use of neurotoxins in the lower face other than the “traditional” areas such glabella, frontalis and periorbital areas. These areas discussed will include: DAO, mentalis, “lip flip”, masseters, temporalis, platysmal bands, microtox, and tox for hyperhidrosis of axilla. These different applications are so invaluable in outcomes for patients and will add more value to your skills as well! No more than 5 students for this workshop.
Pupils will:
Learn the advanced areas and benefit of each different application
Discuss preparation and dilution
Learn microtox and its indications
Analyze the areas and understand units for each for example: DAO, “lip flip”, platysmal bands, massetters for facial slimming and TMJ, nasalis for nasal flaring, and more
Discussing importance of photos and consent forms
Pre and post care and potential side effects
Perform injection techniques on live models
Lip Design Workshop ($1750)
5 hours didactic INCLUDING hands on training
Just like neurotoxin training, there are a ton of lip augmentation workshops available but again we offer very small, intimate classes geared to helping students really understand and feel confident with lip augmentation techniques. The goal here is to create natural augmented lips! No ducks allowed here! Johanna will help you design beautiful natural looking lips that will make your patients feel so gorgeous and refreshed. No more than 4 students per workshop.

Learn and understand lip anatomy
Analyze different lip shapes
Discuss patient assessment and expectations
Understand different injection techniques and planes
Discuss pre and post care
Comprehend complications and management
Demonstrate lip injection techniques
Perform lip augmentation techniques on models

Shadow ME Days
Come shadow me for a day to see how I function as a Derm NP and cosmetic injector as you observe my techniques in cosmetic procedures and experience the medical aspect of my day-to-day practice. You will learn firsthand what a day in my office life looks like! I really enjoy these days and our students love to see it all in action!
This is an 8 hour day with lunch included and access to my contact info in case you have future inquiries about potential jobs or training.
